1 General Terms & Conditions

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

• Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are kept up to date on the platform's payment page.
• Deposits are usually credited within a few minutes. If there is a delay, please notify our support team.
• Withdrawal requests typically take between 30 minutes and 24 hours to process.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed without it.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Each bonus offer may only be used once per player. Bonus claims made via multiple accounts or by family members sharing the same device may be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings derived from bonuses only become withdrawable after the required wagering amount has been met.
• Haha55 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, all bonuses and winnings associated with the account will be forfeited.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play
